WWSC is a non-profit organization, governed by a volunteer board of directors under the auspices of the Windsor and District Soccer. WWSC is a competitive and recreational soccer program serving the Windsor and Essex County area. It is our mission to promote, provide and teach soccer in the Spirit of the Game, of "FUN, FAIRNESS and SAFETY". We strive to provide the best competition for all players, boys and girls ages 4-18, at their level of play.

COMMITMENT: Play is competitive and Teams generally practice 2 nights a week and 1 game a week. Soccer is a team sport and therefore it is important to be committed to the practices and games notifying your coach when you cannot be there. If you anticipate conflicts with other summer sports, it is expected that soccer is your highest priority. If possible it is best to notify your coach at the earliest time if you have planed a vacation.

Please Plan accordingly and let your coach know before the season
starts if you plan on being gone.

TRAINING: Each player/team will receive at least 3-5 hours of training with their coach during the Outdoor season and 2 hours of training during the Indoor season.

WHEN/WHERE: All home games will be played at Lajeunesse High School. The season begins in May and ends in August, followed by district playoffs.

We encourage payment of registration as soon as possible. Payment will be required before the start of the season. Payment can be made by cheque to either the coaches themselves or Santiago Zenteno. Cheques should be made out to the Windsor Wheels Soccer Club.

If for any reason you are unable to afford payment of the registration costs, either in full or in part, then the club will make arrangements so that either one or both of the parents, or senior player, may work off the debt by helping the Windsor Wheels Soccer Club at one of its bingo sessions. We do not want any player to be denied an opportunity to play soccer for us because of financial reasons and will do everything we can to assist players in difficult circumstances.

Please note that the Players registration form must also be handed in, filled out, by January 31st, prior to the season.  If the player does not have a player pass-book (check with your coach) then a wallet sized photograph and a photocopy of the birth certificate must also be handed in. If the player does not have a birth certificate then any official proof of age will be good.

If you have any questions please e-mail Santiago Zenteno at windsorwheels@accglobal.net

Thank you
